Pain management is one of the most commonly seen conditions in the modern acupuncture clinic. This course will be an introduction to the Tung lineage approach to distal point needling with a focus on pain management. We will cover core theory of Tung's system, important needle methods and point combination techniques, and an overview of some of the most important points for pain management. We will conclude with an introduction to Tung's bloodletting therapy and how it is integrated into clinical practice.
